• New-type automatic sand mixing tanks are configured, with a single unit capacity of 100 tons, effectively ensuring the stable and controllable color of raw sand and laying a solid foundation for high-quality product production.

• Multiple automatic storage tanks are installed to meet the storage needs of base materials of different scales. Among them, the capacity of some storage tanks exceeds 100 tons, and the capacity of the rest is not less than 10 tons, realizing flexible and efficient storage management.

• Two sets of fully automatic transportation and weighing systems are deployed, realizing full-process automated control from feeding to production mixing, reducing manual intervention, improving production accuracy, and effectively improving production efficiency.
